"It's more of a struggle for us when the parents just see heroin or cocaine as the dangerous drugs and sort of turn their heads with marijuana," said Carol Porto, who runs an inpatient drug treatment center in Calvert County."Also, weed can't kill. The worst it has done to me is make me throw up when I took a 2 liter gravity bong of just stems. Don't do it. you'll throw up a Christmas tree.
Spoken like a true bush voter.

“It pays for such "comforts" as the war in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as all the past wars we're still owe money on. It covers luxuries such as the interest on the Federal Reserve Notes (over 17% of net tax revenue going towards the cause). It provides money for disaster relief in case of national emergencies (see hurricane Katrina). It pays for pensions (see underfunded pension liabilities in 49 out of 50 states). It pays for the education (US ranks 18th among other industrialized nations). It pays for the infrastructure repairs (53 bridges have collapsed in the US in the last 20 years due to lack of maintenance). The taxes are wonderful! And who needs Somalia, when we've got Detroit! Have you been to it lately! I recommend you come for a visit before suggesting trips to other 3rd world places.

Wingnuts, ASSEMBLE! Form of giant *****..
It's no wonder techie types crave some sort of "organic" job after years of this screen staring. My friend started a pool building business. Others have become carpenters. I'd love to get back into aviation. :(!

Woe for the current generation of middle-through-high schoolers. They don't even talk face to face anymore.

@ supermosesYou didn't even try to prove your point stating that the "US is the largest sponsor of terrorism". Really? And if this is your argument :"to initiate a war of aggression is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime, differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole". They initiated war on the US. They said so themselves. And need I remind you that we had no quarrel with anyone, and were a perfectly stable country (when it came to war time anyway) until al Qaeda and the like decided to attack our nation, not only in 2001 (don't try to use the 9/11 was an inside job *****, really not in the mood), but in 93, and also in 98 against the US embassy? And yes, I know who gave them and the taliban their weapons to fight off the soviets, the US. It was a mistake, clearly. But did we do it with the intention of them attacking us and fighting us twenty something years later with our own technology that we provided to them? No. Was it foolish? Yes.Besides, how many times are you going to throw rocks at a sleeping bear before it gets pissed off enough to wake up and beat the ***** out of you? Maybe that isn't the best example, but if anyone initiated war, it was al Qaeda. And obviously this is a pointless argument, neither one of us is going to change the others mind, so I'm done. I just seriously wish people like yourself, who seem intelligent and rational and probably actually a pretty decent person, weren't blinded by stupid things such as this. |
